Tucker McDonough has lived and worked all over New Hampshire and New England. Growing up in Rhode Island, Tucker spent summers camping, hiking, and fishing throughout the lakes and mountains of New Hampshire with his family. As an outdoor enthusiast, the decision to relocate was an easy one. Tucker currently resides in Wentworth with his wife and daughter, where they enjoy the area’s natural beauty and outdoor activities. When Tucker is not selling real estate or enjoying time with his family, you will likely find him remodeling a home or working on other creative projects.
With a lengthy construction background, Tucker began his career welding on nuclear submarines. As a 3rd generation steel worker, this trade was in his blood. From welding, Tucker moved on to fabrication and worked on projects for Gillette Stadium, Yankee Stadium, and many miles of railings that can be seen throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. After years of honing this craft, Tucker shifted his focus to more ornamental ironwork, building beautifully crafted gates for driveways, ornate weathervanes for the Historical Society, and custom furniture. Tucker’s passion for crafting steel showed in his work.
Tucker has much residential construction experience, having bought and sold many personal properties. Doing most of the renovations and design himself, he has gained an in-depth knowledge of frame-to-finish carpentry that can only be learned on the job. Tucker’s newest project is rehabbing and renovating a circa 1850 antique farmhouse.
After the birth of his daughter 12 years ago, Tucker started his career in sales and quickly became one of the top producers at two of the largest Toyota dealerships in New England. His no-pressure approach was a breath of fresh air for many customers, improving their overall experience.
After years of sales experience, Tucker naturally transitioned into real estate and became a licensed sales associate / Realtor® in Rhode Island in 2017. As a Realtor, Tucker’s approach to sales remains the same: Make the clients happy by achieving the best outcome in every transaction and ensuring that the buying and selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.
Tucker joined Roche Realty Group in 2019 as a Sales Associate. After helping many happy buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire, Tucker received his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2022 in NH and his Massachusetts Bokers’ license in 2023.
Tucker jokes that he used to get in trouble in school for not keeping quiet nor sitting still, yet today he can take pride that he has leveraged these character traits into a successful career!
