About Chris Roche

A lifelong resident of the Lakes Region, Chris has always been a strong advocate for the area’s fantastic value. His work towards becoming a Realtor® began at a young age; his father, the founder of Roche Realty Group, was inducted into the Century 21 international hall of fame for real estate sales, and Chris grew up learning the secrets to real estate in the NH Lakes Region. Chris is a graduate of Plymouth State University, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.S. degree specializing in Marketing with a primary focus in Sales. While at the University, he was awarded as the highest performing student for sales mastery and achievement. Since entering the real estate industry, Chris has demonstrated a commitment to advancing in his career, receiving both the Graduate Realtors Institute designation after completing a rigorous program aimed at real estate professional development, and his Certified Buyer Representation designation in 2012. Already a licensed salesperson, Chris has advanced to Associate Broker at Roche Realty Group, and with this designation has been able to continue to pursue his goal of better serving his clients and the real estate profession. With 16 years experience in the real estate business, Chris has listed and sold numerous fine waterfront properties on several of the region’s most desirable lakes, as well as many water access and view properties.
