Alan is a native of Manchester, NH and a graduate of Manchester West High School (1971). He then attended the University of New Hampshire, where he majored in Business Administration. He was a brother of Pi Kappa Alpha and met his wife Valerie Landry of Laconia, NH while attending UNH.

Alan started in the automotive business in 1974 in Portsmouth, NH, taking the weekends to vacation in the Lakes Region and Lake Winnipesaukee area. The couple built their home in Alton Bay in 1987, where they continue to live now. They feel so fortunate to live in such a beautiful location next to Lake Winnipesaukee, where they can enjoy boating from their dock. In 1990, Alan opened Lakes Jeep Eagle which evolved over the years to Lakes Chrysler Jeep LTD. in the Laconia area. He owned and operated the business for 20 years, selling and servicing thousands of new Jeeps and Chryslers which resulted in the company acquiring Chrysler’s 5 Star Status in their first year. He is a past member of the New Hampshire Auto Dealers Association as well as the New England Jeep Dealers Advertising Association. He was a “Chrysler 5-Star Dealer,” a title representing the company’s highest honor. His hobbies include motorsports, boating, and snowmobiling. Alan and his wife enjoy riding their Harley around the Lakes Region.

Alan has tremendous experience in all levels of customer service. He knows the Lakes Region intimately and has an excellent understanding of the local business community. He has worked with full-time residents, as well as second homeowners, and his #1 priority in business is total customer satisfaction.
