Kyia Southwick is a licensed REALTOR® with Roche Realty Group in Meredith, New Hampshire. Over the past 18 years, she has worked in almost every aspect of real estate throughout her career. Formerly practicing as a REALTOR® in Connecticut, Kyia has also been on the “other side” as a Real Estate Paralegal. She has experience as a Property Manager and previously held a Staff Accountant position in the Real Estate department of Plant Accounting. 

Kyia’s philosophy is about maintaining integrity at all times and putting the needs of her clients first. She takes the time to listen to her clients’ needs and wants and helps them achieve their real estate goals. She works closely with her clients throughout the buying/selling process to ensure things go as smoothly as possible. Kyia respects her clients’ privacy at all times and provides thorough and proficient representation. 

Kyia is committed to staying current in the industry and participates in ongoing professional education. She attended Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT and has a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She resides in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire with her son.
