Christine Kemos grew up in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and the Lakes Region Winnipesaukee area of Gilford, NH. She later moved to Long Bay, where she raised her three children.
Christine was actively involved for 21 years in her family’s construction development company. She learned all aspects of investing, as well as the real estate development process of single-family homes, subdivisions, condominium developments, and government turn-key housing projects.
Her passion and interest in real estate lead her down a path to real estate sales. She first obtained her real estate license in Massachusetts in 2001 and afterward obtained her New Hampshire real estate license. Christine had her first “life at the lake” experience in the ’70s when she enjoyed boating, skiing, snowmobiling, and horseback riding.
Her extensive knowledge of the area is what lead her to reside in the Lakes Region. Here she has raised a family and has worked as a real estate professional for the past 18 years.
Christine represents sellers, buyers, and investors with integrity, energy, hard work, and creativity.
