All units were built in the early 1970s when land and construction costs were much more affordable.
That’s why it is one of our favorites. You get much more value than today’s construction costs, and the location is perfect, with incredible westerly sunsets. Many of the units have been upgraded, and the proximity to Weirs Beach, Gunstock Ski Area, shopping, and all Lakes Region amenities is great.
