The community features a sloping lakeside common area with walkways and lawns, a sandy seating area along the shoreline with stone retaining walls, and a step-in beach, great for swimming & sunbathing. There is a day dock and several docks near it. Toward the left rear side of the property, there’s a private inground pool, sunbathing area, and tennis court.
All the units were built in the 1970s when land and construction costs were so much more affordable, and that’s why it is one of our favorites. You get a lot of value compared to today’s construction costs.
Many of the units have been upgraded, and they offer 3 levels of living space with balconies. The homes are spacious and offer a good layout for privacy. There are a total of 40 units in the complex. With beautiful sunsets and its close proximity to Weirs Beach, Gunstock Ski Area, shopping, and all Lakes Region amenities make the Racquet Club a great four-season vacation escape or permanent residence.
