In 2020, there were two sales. One unit across the road sold for $228,500 after 67 days on the market. The second one sold was a waterfront unit that sold for $464,000 after 27 days on the market. There were no sales in 2021, 2022, & 2023.
In 2024, there was one unit across the road that was sold for $460,000 after 176 days on the market. In 2025, to date, there were no sales and no active listing.
You can see from the stats above that the shortage of available inventory has had an impact on sales.
