An unusual twist of warmer temperatures this fall leading into October and November has led to strong real estate sales in the lakes region of N.H… Historically, October and November embrace colder temperatures and a start of testing the snow thrower. Furthermore, many of us in the business of selling real estate anticipate fewer inquiries on real estate for sale. That would be the norm! However, this year, with a mild November and part of December reaching the mid 40 degrees, real estate inquires and prospective buyers, have made many of us in the real estate business, work feverishly in managing sales agreements before the year-ends. We wonder what gives with this warmer than usual temperatures. A Harbinger of what lies in store for years to come? Climate change? Who knows! Perhaps Al Gore has an answer on this recent un-expected change of events.
As mentioned, in years past, real estate sales in the late months of November and early December slow and as the ski season ramps up with snow storm after snow storm, skiers and those enjoying the winter festivities in the Lakes Region rarely prod us from our winter slumber. Not this year! Here it is, mid December, and little snow exists-other than man made and those of us already dreaming of sugar plums and dancing……..well, you get the drift, are awaken with persistent inquiries of real estate “for sale”. Of all the nerve! Listen public! Roche Realty and its agents have had a banner year even in these tough economic times and apparently, as a result, the word has spread all over New England and as far southeast as New York, New Jersey and Virginia. It appears from some of the real estate news bulletins the brokers of Roche Realty make things happen, and for fantastic deals in residential and commercial properties in the Lakes Region, contact any one of the 32 agents.
Call me anytime. Admittedly I do dream but only between the hours of 10P and 6 A. Moreover, it is not of sugarplums and dancing… (well maybe occasionally) it is about making real estate customers pleased they contacted me at Roche Realty.
