The firm enjoyed an increase of 30% in sales volume and unit sales compared to the previous 12 months. The company had a total of 395 transaction sides, making this one of the strongest years on record since 2004.

The company produced a very strong showing in waterfront sales where it was ranked one of the top firms in the state in unit sales.
