LACONIA — Rick Hagan of Roche Realty Group in Meredith, NH represented the seller, Lakes Region Mental Health, of their former headquarters at 111 Church Street and John Goodhue of Roche Realty Group in Meredith represented the Buyer, DASLTK, LLC in the sale of this 2-story brick professional office building.
According to Hagan, the building is sited on almost an acre and has paved parking spaces for 66 cars. The building includes approximately 13,824 sqft. of office and reception space and includes an elevator. Bonnett, Page, and Stone built the building in 1975.
John Goodhue indicated that the buyers intend to rehabilitate the interior of the building for professional office space.
