In early 2021, my sister and I reached out to Denise for assistance selling a condo in Nashua that my sister had inherited. Denise was very patient with us, answering every question. We had done preliminary research on market sales for pricing the condo. Denise brought real-world expertise into our research to help us better understand how the market was likely to behave. She helped us to understand pre-list activities and how she would solicit multiple offers. By February 2022, we were finally ready to get the condo on the market; Denise was always patient. When the condo was ready to list, Denise made sure that it had been cleaned so that videos and photos would show it in its best light. When everything was ready to go on the pre-list side, Denise brought the condo to market and began fielding offers. Her skill in this phase was notable! She kept a firm control over the entire process from the beginning to the end. She worked with us to understand which offer was the best, not necessarily in terms of dollars, but rather in terms of ability to close consistent with offered terms. Once Denise had helped us to understand why the best offer was the best, we were able to accept it and Denise smoothly transitioned us into closing activities. At every point in the process in escrow, Denise was available, responsive, and knowledgeable. I do not exaggerate to say that the sale process would not have been as successful and certainly not as smooth without Denise’s experience and professionalism. I would enthusiastically recommend Denise to any type of buyer or seller client.

If you’re fortunate and wise enough to have the Roche Realty Group on your team, you’re starting from the winner’s circle. Any group of knowledgeable professionals is a rarity; they are exceptional. Just as uncommon are people more interested in facilitating your needs than doing the minimum. Among them is Denise Morrison, my extraordinarily hard-working agent and now good friend. Roche Group produced an attractive brochure, video walk-through and excellent drone photos made available to many public sites. During a complex condo sale, they went well above and beyond coping with recalcitrant management, no-show appraisers, a community water/sewer provider, the USDA, tax officials, insurers, title companies, lenders, and a vacationing buyer’s agent.
