Hi Amybeth! Thanks for reaching out. Regarding the Anchorage: Unfortunately, there will be no rentals for the 2022 season. It is not clear as to exactly what is going to be built on the property (there are no concrete plans yet) but we do know that the property will be completely revamped. I know you like that the Anchorage was on Lake Winnisquam, but I do want to mention that Ames Farm Inn in Gilford is a great family-friendly resort on Lake Winnipesaukee. If you haven’t checked it out you may consider that as an option for a 2022 summer getaway (if you’re open to a different lake). The owners are wonderful and families have booked vacations there regularly for years.

I was told the resort would be torn down. Which is a shame as it’s 1 of the only family friendly resorts eat on winnesquam.
