Bob grew up in central PA and then earned his Master’s degree in chemistry in 1969. After eight years at Dupont, Bob and his wife Donna and their two daughters moved to the New England area in 1977 when Bob began working at Digital Equipment Corp. in Mayard, MA. Bob retired from Digital in 2001 and he and his wife moved to Moultonborough, NH to build their dream home: a log-home on Lees Pond where they currently reside.
At Digital, Bob developed skills in numerous areas, many of which he has successfully transferred to his Real Estate career, which he started in 2002. For example Bob spent many years as a project/program manager. Projects begin with requirements documents. Can you buy a property without a requirements document? Yes; but, should you? NO! It only takes a few minutes to write down what you need and then what you want.
Bob has helped many buyers & sellers with his mini-project approach, to both buy and sell properties in the Lakes Region. Bob specializes in, waterfront properties, small lakes and ponds; log homes, The CSPA (Comprehensive Shoreline Protection Act), land including large tracts, and conservation land. He is a member of Moultonborough’s Conservation Committee, Master plan-steering committee, Water, natural & Environmental Resources Work Group, and also the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS®, and the New Hampshire Audubon Society.
“I work hard for my buyers so that they will always be happy with their newfound property and I will work hard for my sellers, setting realistic expectations around pricing and then keeping them informed of all showings so that they have current feedback from prospective buyers.”
